Can I return it if I don't like the taste?

Perfume is a consumable product. If the film has been opened or the sealing sticker has been removed, we will not be able to return or exchange it for you unless it is a product defect. We cannot resell perfume with incomplete packaging or perfume that has been sprayed by customers to other consumers. We hope you can understand.

The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to unsealed products. Returns and exchanges are not allowed after unsealing. Please confirm the condition of the product first after receiving it. If the product has no defects, the company reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges because the smell does not meet personal preferences or expectations. Can I return or exchange the wrong item if I bought it?

You can request a return within seven days after receiving the product, provided that the product is unopened and brand new and unused. Please contact us as soon as possible within seven days!

The perfume I received is defective, how can I exchange it?

In order to fulfill the product limit, all products will not be unpacked and inspected one by one before delivery. Therefore, if you find a small amount of leakage, nozzle defects, or wrong products when you receive the product, please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the product so that we can handle the exchange for you!
When exchanging goods, please put the defective product you want to replace (with product film attached) back to the original product box, wrap it with fillers, and hand it over to the logistics staff to take it back. The freight for the defective product exchange will be borne by this mall!

What is the refund schedule after the perfume is sent back?

After receiving your returned package, we will complete the refund within 3-5 working days.
For orders paid by convenience store cash, cash on delivery, ATM transfer, or credit card installment, the refund amount will be directly refunded to the bank account you provided. For
orders paid by online credit card and Line PAY, we will directly process the refund for you. For credit card refunds, you will see the refund record on the current or next credit card bill.

■ If the product you ordered is defective, you can request a return or exchange for a new product, and the product must be sent back to this site. Due to the complicated refund procedures and accounting operations, the refund process may take 3 to 5 working days. Please wait patiently.
■ The return and exchange application must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product, including holidays. If the application is overdue or does not meet the conditions of our return policy, our company has the right to refuse the return. Please communicate with customer service before submitting the application.
■ Notes on returns and exchanges: The returned goods must be sent back to this site and must be restored to the original state when you received the goods (including the main product, accessories, inner and outer packaging, random documents, gifts, event gifts, etc.), and maintain the integrity of the state at the time of shipment. If there is a physical invoice, it should be returned together with the invoice and other documents required by relevant laws.
