How long does it take to receive the perfume after placing an order?

Home delivery pickup: Place an order
before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed on weekends and holidays), and the goods will be delivered by a Kuroneko delivery driver in 1 to 3 days!
Convenience store pickup: Place an order before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed on weekends and holidays), and the goods will be delivered to the designated store in 3 to 5 days. After the goods arrive at the store, you will receive a text message to notify you to pick up the goods. You can pick them up within seven days!

How can I check the delivery progress of convenience stores or home delivery?

To check the delivery progress of goods, please visit the following website:

The product has been shipped. Can I still change the shipping address?

If you choose the delivery method of Kuromao Home Delivery, you can inform the delivery staff of the address you want to change when they contact you. If it is across business offices or regions, it will be delayed by 1~2 working days.

What should I do if I haven't received the perfume after placing an order?

If you choose the "home delivery pickup" method, and you have not received the perfume within two working days after placing the order, please contact us and we will check the delivery status of the product for you!
Sometimes it may be because your order is not complete and we cannot contact you.
Or the perfume has been delivered and the building manager has signed for it on your behalf.
If you choose "convenience store pickup" and have not received any notification from the system about the progress of the product processing after placing the order, it may be that the order has not been sent out. Please confirm whether there is an order record.

Is there any way to arrive on the same day?

Currently, Kuroneko Courier Service does not have same-day delivery service. Sorry, same-day delivery is not possible.

How do I cancel an order?

Before we process your order, you can cancel it in the [Order Record] on the official website.
If the order is in process, please contact customer service as soon as possible to handle it for you.
If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After the return, we will keep the return record. Please forgive me.

Why was my order cancelled?

The reasons for canceling orders are usually as follows:
1. Payment has not been completed
for orders by bank transfer, credit card, or LINE PAY 2. Return orders that have not been completed at the convenience store
3. Customers request to cancel or merge orders
4. We cannot contact you or the product is out of stock
5. Too many returns or rejections
6. There is a record of not accepting return and exchange regulations for previous orders
